Welcome to PSE Center Gym by 360 - a fully equipped, modern gym space located at the 4th floor of the Philippine Stock Exchange Tower, Exchange Road, Ortigas Center, Pasig City.

We believe in sustainable fitness. You don't need to go on a 4-week crash diet, or workout 6 times a week for 3 hours each. As long as you make good fitness decisions daily and develop healthy habits, you'll reach your goal. Something as simple as having more vegetables on your plate, or working out more efficiently, can make all the difference. Our classes, programs and coaching are designed to help you sustain your fitness.

Our Facilities

We offer traditional equipment like weight machines, treadmills, benches and squat racks. We also have a turf area and non-traditional equipment like kettlebells, skill ladders, boxes and more. Our studio area is where we hold our Les Mills and 360 classes.

Our 360 coaches are some of the best in the business. They are certified by international fitness bodies and specialize in different fields like athletic performance, nutrition, injury prevention, weight loss, physique and more. EXOS Performance Specialist

Small Group Training

If you're looking for specific training programs and coaching every time you workout, you can join small group training programs with a coach. Programs catering to different groups with different goals such as pre natal, post natal, obstacle training preparations, athletic, women's strength, physique, are some of the programs that are available. Train with increased motivation and guidance under your coach and 2-4 small group training buddies.

360 Roadmap Coaching Program

Roadmap sessions combine movement coaching, nutrition design and mindset habit creation to help you install habits that will increase your chances of success. After all,  we believe that success is achieved through the repetitive acts that we do. Our Coaches will be there to guide you in assessing and installing these life changing habits in your life.


Our group fitness classes are designed to be varied, continuously progressing, practical for everyday life, habit forming and most importantly sustainable so that the usual roadblocks like boredom, plateaus, and lack of results are overcome.


Jumpstart your fitness journey with our 360 classic 30-minute workout! A combination of mobility drills, calisthenics, core exercises, and bodyweight exercises, this will help you improve your cardiovascular and muscular endurance by only carrying your own bodyweight. This class is open for all fitness levels.

360 CORE

Geared up for overall core development, this 30-minute workout will help you achieve the defined midsection you’ve always wanted. This fitness program is a combination of abdominal and whole body exercises involving SMRT-Core, suspension training and bodyweight exercises that will strengthen and tone the midsection. This class is open for all fitness levels.


Build your way up to 360 Kettlebell Ultimate by first mastering the foundations of kettlebell exercises. This 30-minute workout is structured to help you develop basic strength and movement efficiency for kettlebell workouts, enhancing form and execution, and leaving you with toned arms, legs, butt and a powerful core to achieve its optimal effects and lessen injury. This class is open for all fitness levels.


The cardio workout where you are free to enjoy the sensation of dance. An addictive fusion of the latest dance styles and hottest new sounds puts the emphasis as much on having fun as on breaking a sweat. Funky instructors teach you to move with attitude through this 55-minute class. So grab a friend, get front and center, and get high on the feeling of dance. Like all the LES MILLS™ programs, a new BODYJAM™ class is produced every three months with new music and choreography. Each new class will be a different dance experience depending on what’s current and hot.


The empowering group fitness cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by mixed martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi and muay thai.Experience the driving music and powerful role model instructors which make BODYCOMBAT™ the world’s most popular martial arts group fitness class. During this ultimate warrior workout, you’ll strike, punch, kick and kata your way through calories to superior cardio fitness. A fitness-based approach to yoga. It is a mind and body workout that will help you improve your strength, flexibility, endurance, core power and mental focus. It will leave you feeling stronger, calmer, and more refreshed all at the same time. The classes are open to all. There will be options available to first timers.
