Team Challenges

Our Team Challenges are designed to build sustainable wellness habits in employees by adding good habits in order to replace bad habits. This program will also strengthen team bond, as they support each other with personal fitness goals. At the end of the challenge, we will have healthier happier employees primed for success in the workplace.

Based on your employee demographics and goals for employee wellness, we will recommend either of the three challenges:

360 BIGGEST LOSER CHALLENGE

This challenge focuses on losing bad nutrition and movement habits by educating your employees and building on good habits through the program. Fitness and nutrition challenges shall be conquered by participants on a weekly basis.

INCLUSIONS

  • Roadmap – the coach will help set realistic goals and a game plan for employees to achieve their goals for movement, nutrition and overall wellness.
  • Online Coaching – assigned coach shall check on participant progress and will give them tips on how to finish fitness challenges, at the same time helping motivate and support them in their journey. 
  • Group Fitness Classes – participants shall attend fitness classes and coinquer workout challenges designed for any fitness background, and designed to help with their weight loss goals.
  • Nutrition Challenge – weekly nutrition tips and challenges shall be given to help improve participants’ eating habits.
  • Workshops – we wil also host nutrition workshops to educate them on how to build a healthier relationship with food. Some possible topics are
  • Intro to Macronutrients and Micronutrients
  • Pinggang Pinoy
  • Eating Healthy On The Go

Move More Challenge

The Move More Challenge will simply challenge them to move more by increasing their number of steps by teaching them how to move more often everyday, teaching them exercises they can do on their own, and running fitness classes in the office. A target number of steps shall be given weekly.

INCLUSIONS

  • Functional Test – designed to boost an individual’s self-awareness on his or her fitness level, at the same time increasing team accountability, flexibility and encouraging a solutions driven mindset
  • Online Coaching – assigned coach shall check on participant progress and will give them tips on how to finish fitness challenges, at the same time helping motivate and support them in their journey. 
  • Exercise Challenge – weekly exercise challenges shall be given to help improve participants’ daily movement habits
  • Group Fitness Classes – participants shall attend fitness classes and coinquer workout challenges designed for any fitness background, and designed to help with their weight loss goals.
  • Workshops – We will also host nutrition workshops to educate them on how to sustain their fitness habits and how to keep an active lifestyle. Some possible topics are below:

  • Movement Workshop

360 Holistic Challenge

The 360 Holistic Challenge is a combination of both the Biggest Loser and Move More Challenges, with an additional focus on mental health. Workshops on positive psychology where strategies on how to build a positive mindset shall be taught and practiced subsequently by participants.

This challenge has the same inclusions as the Biggest Loser and Move More Challenges. On top of those, we have a mental health series of workshops focusing on positive psychology or essential skills for stress management by our expert psychologist or life coach/nlp practitioner.

We will also be hosting workshops to help your employees live a happier and mentally healthier life.
