Dr. Michele Alignay, PH.D is a PSYCHOLOGIST – Speaker – Author, a Board-Certified Psychologist (RPsy) and a Board Certified Guidance Counselor (RGC). Her expertise includes family life, parenting, well-being and personal growth. Through psycho-education, Dr. Michele integrates extensive work experience and academic training for individuals, children and families. She is an independent consultant and partner expert for this workshop.

Beth Wright is the founder of B-FIT the Wright Way, and an internationally accredited functional medicine health coach. With over 20 years experience in fitness and nutrition, she bring a holistic approach to wellness that’s grounded in science and bespoke to each individual.

Chappy Callanta

Coach Chappy is a certified strength and conditioning specialist, nutrition coach, and performance enhancement coach. In addition to working with personal clients, he serves as the head strength and conditioning coach for multiple teams, including the Alab Pilipinas basketball team, the Petrogazz Angels volleyball team, and the University of the Philippines men’s basketball team. He is also a lecturer at the University of the Philippines, College of Human Kinetics, and a sought-after resource person, speaker, and workshop leader for numerous corporations and conventions.

Mark Arlante

Mark Arlante

Presently operating as a freelance nutrition coach, Mark specializes in aiding individuals in seamlessly incorporating proper nutrition and physical activity into their lifestyles. Notably, he holds the position of an associate nutrition coach with Coach Jeaneth Aro’s NutriFit program, where they concentrate on catering to corporate clients from diverse backgrounds and various medical conditions. Mark’s remarkable achievements alos include securing the third rank in the 2021 NDL board exam.
Mark’s professional journey encompasses notable roles such as Nutrition Advisor for Abbott Nutrition and a Community Nutrition Supervisor under the Nutrition Foundation of the Philippines. In terms of affilations, they are actively engaged with esteemed organizations including the Sports Nutrition Association of the Philippines, Inc. (SNAP) and the Philippine Assocation for the Study of Overweight and Obesity (PASOO).
