Our journey began 14 years ago with a footprint of 8 gyms around Metro Manila, driven by founders passionate about helping people live their best lives by enhancing their fitness and well-being. This passion led to the creation of our comprehensive corporate wellness programs in 2016.
We designed these programs to help employees develop long-term healthy habits while making fitness and wellness fun and enjoyable. Our offerings range from office gym management and customized group fitness classes to mental wellbeing workshops, nutrition workshops, optimal health checks, fitness team-building events, and employee wellness habit challenges.
